This policy covers nunasystems.com. It applies the General Data Protection Regulation. The site sets no cookies and no tracking identifiers, so there is no consent banner.

Processors
- Resend delivers the contact email and stores the newsletter audience. EU and US, under standard contractual clauses.
- Cloudflare hosts the site, serves the assets, runs the Turnstile spam check and provides cookieless analytics.
Turnstile is used instead of reCAPTCHA because it does not profile the visitor or set a tracking cookie.
What this site does not do
- No advertising, no ad pixels, no retargeting.
- No profiling and no automated decision-making.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
- No data knowingly collected from anyone under 16.
- No third-party fonts. Fonts are self-hosted, so no request reaches Google.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and you may object to processing. You can withdraw newsletter consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Write to contact@nunasystems.com and you will have an answer within one month.
Complaints go to Datatilsynet, the Danish Data Protection Agency.
